Lisa Mazzanti brings two years of experience in hospitality transaction advisory to CHM's Government Services group. As an Associate, Ms. Mazzanti is focused on all facets of the due diligence process including site assessment, market research, project viability and financial analysis. She offers private sector hospitality operations expertise, providing support on advisory assignments to public sector clients, such as the U.S. Air Force and National Park Service, among others. Prior to joining CHM, Ms. Mazzanti worked as a Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman (CWSG) in New York City, a real estate investment-banking firm recognized in the financing and sale of hospitality and resort properties, where she worked on hospitality real estate development projects, the hotel operator selection process, mixed-use development financial analyses, and hotel asset sales. Additionally, Ms. Mazzanti has prior professional experience working with the U.S. State Department in the Economic Section at the U.S. Embassy in Costa Rica, the Spanish Government at the Fulbright Commission in Madrid, the Facilities and Development Group at the Starr Restaurant Organization in Philadelphia, and the Marketing Department at the Marriott Convention Center in Delaware.
